What makes a new year happy?

To get to the bottom of that question, Samsara invites you to participate in our study on January 18th @gonzos.studios 9 pm!

Three different teams will conduct physical experiments from 9pm until late:

From Basel, Switzerland we have two mad scientists from the LOKD Lab:
@arutanimusic and @avemsounds

Professors @sydkamusic and @bawabmusic from Los Angeles, CA will be lecturing on deep bass physics.

And of course we’ll see our local lab rats @hvedmusic and @djdysco fighting over cheese.

With these experts in their fields, you can rest assured you’re in good hands. So put on your finest lab coats, safety goggles and booties, and dance with us in the name of science!

We are delighted to announce the return of one of our favorite artists Sydka along with Bawab (both San Diego) for a special b2b set in BK April 6th. Samsara residents Dysco and HVED will support! We have a Funktion One sound system ready to deliver their unmistakable grooves and signature shaking low-end!

On Feb 16th 2024 Samsara returned to the iconic House of Yes, presenting an impressive line-up with Kora (Montreal), O/Y (Berlin), and Deisen (Brooklyn) to a sold out house.

For the first time, the Basel & Berlin based Label and event collective LOKD came to NYC for a dedicated showcase. Besides a double US-premiere of live sets by Arutani and Avem, the whole team along with a stunning local lineup guided the guests through an unforgettable night and morning.

Samsara, together with Kronos, took over one of NY’s absolute staples for experimental and new music - NUBLU - providing the adequate stage for SYDKA’s NYC debut that night. Things got hot and heavy on a rainy NY summer night, with HVED getting things rolling, and Deisen providing one of his unique sets, full of new original music. An epic night we won’t forget for a long time.
